“Good things come to those who wait.” That’s Sheila Winstead’s philosophy. 
After patiently rearing four children over the course of some twenty years, South Carolina native Sheila Winstead found that having a little extra time on her hands might just be the opportunity that she had dreamed of since high school – becoming a real estate professional. Having worked the last ten years for a real estate attorney, the change to “the other side of the fence” seemed like a natural progression. Sheila’s attention to detail and her business acumen complement her outgoing personality and her zeal for Upstate South Carolina; she’s a true believer in the quality of life that this area has to offer. Born and raised near Charleston, South Carolina, Sheila lived in the lowcountry
her whole life until she married in 1984. Shortly after marrying they moved to
Memphis, Tennessee for her husband to attend seminary, then it was back to South
Carolina. As a family, the Winsteads have lived all over South Carolina, but
find their hearts and home rooted here in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
When she’s not selling real estate or coordinating closings, Sheila loves to
work with plants and flowers in her garden, shop for antiques, watch the Tigers
play, and collect old cars. And she enjoys those things most when shared with
her family and friends.
